Web designer and developers have a really tough job, which is not only very hectic but is also very time consuming. This one is an awesome social feed without ads. It is a paid platform which knows how to make its users and developers happy.
I use Evernotify and it helps me a lot with multiple projects.

Great list! Didnt know about upverter, will definitely try this for my hardware projects.
Also, you can try http://app.collabspot.com, its a project management tool that is fully integrated with google applications like calendar, docs, contacts. Great if you use a lot of google services. 🙂

Great list! There are a few that I have not seen and definitely going to check out!
Also, for an inexpensive project management tool / collaboration tool check out Open Atrium (Drupal platform / install). I’ve used it in the past and it worked really well. Plus it’s on Drupal and Open Source so the price is right.
For time tracking and billing I now use PancakeApp (after trying many others). It’s inexpensive and is installed on your own hosting setup. So no more monthly bills or trying to deal with bad UI.
