On the contrary, workers can be chosen from literally anywhere in the world. Thus, human resources are able to be much more discriminatory in regards to who is eventually hired. This will result in highly qualified workers and of course, an ability to satisfy the needs of the end client with greater efficiency.

Research has shown on numerous occasions that those who work from home tend to have higher levels of job satisfaction. Why is this important from the perspective of the business? The simple fact of the matter is that a satisfied employee will be more productive and loyal. This automatically transfers to increased work efficiency and client retention. The same cannot always be said for an office-based environment.
