A resume  is a document used by individuals to present their background and skillsets. Résumés can be used for a variety of reasons but most often to secure new employment. A typical sort of resume contains a summary of relevant job, education and experience. The resume is usually one of the first items, along with a cover letter and sometimes job application packet, which a potential employer encounters regarding the job seeker and most often he interviews the person on the basis of the information he/she has mentioned in their resume.

You might be worried that after sending your resume many times still you are getting no reply from the job you required. Than i think one of the problems might be that you need to change the design of your resume. Your resume might be a bit static and uniform like all others and it does not catch the attention of the reader. You need to design your resume more technically and creatively as well.
